Since the UV Seam is not actually a cut edge of the mesh, you must have the Display UVSeam property of the edge Element group enabled in order to visually see it.

How to Use

1.With the edge selected, enable the Display UVSeam property of the Element group.

Select Edge

2.Select the edge you want to unmark.

3.Run the Unmark UV Seam tool.

Result

4.The selected edge has been released from the cut line.
